1. What type of properties will you buy?

We can buy houses of all types & sizes including properties with tenants and property that has been on the market for a long time. (House, flats, maisonettes, ex-Local Authority homes and property in need of refurbishment work).

2. Which areas do you Cover?

We buy throughout England and Wales

3. How will you buy my property?

We do not need to obtain mortgage finance or find an investor. We have substantial cash reserves available, so there will be no delays.

 4. Do I need a solicitor?

If you do not have a solicitor, we can recommend you a solicitor to work with you. We will also cover these costs for you. You pay nothing.

 5. I’m about to be repossessed?

We have the experience and ability to stop repossession with just a few hours to go. In the past, we have even attended court to stop repossession. We have experienced in this field.

6. Is your service confidential?

We respect all of our client’s privacy and make sure that know one knows about your sale other than those you decide to tell about it.

7. How do you calculate my property’s value?

We can give you a price extremely quickly. We will assess the local area and take into account similar properties on the market in your area, how long yours has been up for sale, and how quickly homes near you are selling.

8. What is the most you will pay for my property?

We offer anything up to 85% of the true market value of your property.

9. How quickly can you pay the money?

The purchase of your property can take anything between 7 – 28 days to complete. You will be sent your cash on the day of completion by electronic transfer or cheque.

10. What happens next?

We’ll agree to buy your house and get a qualified surveyor to look at your property. (This won’t cost you anything.) Then, as long as there are no unpleasant surprises you didn’t know about, we’ll make you a formal offer and the legal process can start.
